o Balance of course fees must be paid in full one month prior to the course start date.
o All students should note deposits are non-refundable however transferable to next available course with one months notice, prior to the course start date.
o Courses will only run with a minimum of 12 students and a maximum of 18 students.
o In the incident, a course fails to commence due to the number of students, the school has a duty to transfer within three months however if this criteria is not met, a refund will be issued in full.
o Course fees are subject to reasonable amendment at the school’s discretion and without prior notice.
Students should not …
o Cause damage to make-up facilities provided
o Interfere with any other studio business
o Show signs of disruption to fellow students or create a negative atmosphere.
o Display rudeness or a discourteous manner towards fellow students or staff.
o Cause unacceptable noise levels or use of foul language.
o Remove any tools or training equipment from the premises.
o Leave work stations in an unacceptable state. This Includes the toilet, bathroom and kitchen area.
o Students are requested to arrive on time and to contact the school at the earliest opportunity, if they are going to be late.
o Students must notify us of any medical conditions or any special requirements they may have.
o Permission must be requested from principal for absence. Absences from classes without a valid reason will cause concern for the individual and will be assessed.
o The school reserves the right to withhold its certificate if it feels that any student has not attended classes consistently or attained the minimum standard. The principal’s decision will be deemed final.
o The school will provide professional and non-professional models where possible but students are advised to practice on fellow students or make arrangements to bring in models.
o Any paid work given to students via Beauty Base London will have 20% of the total as an agency fee.
o Extra prints and retouching requested by the students must be paid for by the students directly to the photographer.
o If personal belongings are left unattended on studio premises at students own risk, Beauty Base London cannot be held responsible for any loss / damage.
